When I was younger, you couldn't tell me this song wasn't sung by a Black woman !!!!!!! Dusty has sooo much soul in her voice-- doesn't matter if she's Black or White--her beautiful voice was silenced waaaay to soon....hope a cure for breast cancer is found soon.

Damn! This is my favorite Dusty Springfield song. I remember this from way back listening to WIP radio in Philadelphia when I was a kid. Her voice is just unsurpassed in its silky power. Even today I listen to so many of the British songstresses like Robin, Adele and others, but they don't touch Dusty. R.I.P.....
