In the fall of 1977, I had just taken a new job in South Carolina and was driving to Washington, DC, for a training seminar. I heard this song over and over again on the car radio, and it really grabbed me, even though my main musical interests are in the classical realm. Hearing Dolly sing it takes me back to the feelings of that time, the excitement of new horizons and new possibilities, with a loving wife and small children. Ah, the 70s.
