As I understand it, Barry and Robin (along with the Estate of Maurice Gibb) have artistic control over all of their master recordings, which they have licensed to the Warner/Reprise label.

@janimarie I refer to the Reprise/Rhino 2006 reisssue of the first three lps (expanded/mono) and the 2009 "Odessa" box. Reprise has the rights to the Bee Gee catalogue; however, they have chosen not to continue with the expanded rerelease campaign. Both Barry and Robin favor the reissue campaign, but it is now out of their hands.

Gibbfan85, Thanks for the post. "Dogs" shines on "Mr. Natural". Here's hoping Rhino gets back to the reissue series, so we Bee Gee fans can enjoy the group's catalog.
