"American" words lmfao! You speak English in the US.Even the accents are derived from British dialects.The South for example has accents that owe much to early South West English settlers and their mode of speaking.Appalachian speech to tough Ulster Scots-Irish.Writing "your" instead of "you're" shows a poor grasp of our English language of which we have every right to be proud.On a less contentious point,i love DAC. On a more positive note i do love DAC.I love C&W.There are so many great performers in this genre from past and present.It really pisses me off when people say they hate this music.They reveal themselves to be ignorant and narrow minded.In the UK this music has always been popular,particularly in Scotland.I think it's because C&W owes so much of its heritage to British folk music.Most performers are of British/Irish descent.DAC has Welsh roots.So he said in a concert once.
