.... was there to hear Dan perform. The only sounds heard that night were of Dan's voice & the sounds from the Grand Piano he was playing. It was a "given" to Dan~~ total silence except for Dan, and our accepting his invitation to join in w/him as he returned for an encore with "A Place In The World For A Gambler". The power of the piano here reminds me so much of that magical evening along w/Dan's voice; it's as though I'm "there" again. Always, Ever On, Let It Shine!

This moves me to tears, even though I love it! Thanks for uploading the pictures of our beloved Dan. Listening to him talk here & sing this song always reminds me of the 1 & only time I saw Dan perform; at an ampitheater, usually loud, noisy, obnoxious audiences due to having one too many so I quit going to musical performances there, but I had! to go when it was announced that Dan Fogelberg would be playing. The audience?....

Ever On, Dan will indeed "Let It Shine!"always & forever by the amazing music he shared w/ us while here, his traveling to give us the honor of attending his amazing performances~Dan just gave so much. He will always be with me as long as my ears are able to hear his music. Loved him since his first album in the '70's; will love this amazing musician, song-writer, man, forever.
