Banjo picking with fingers flying. Amazing fiddle player! Great guitar picking; drums, bass; this is some great music I'm journeying on along with Dan, fellow musicians, & Jimmy Buffett hosting Nashville Now thanks to pre10der76; many thanks! What a great way to start today. Thank you, thank you, thank you all! A "Keeper"; a "Treasure"; hope as long as I'm here I can return to You Tube to watch & listen to this performance; it is just some of the best bluegrass I've ever heard here. Love this!

Great pre10der76~found more from you from Dan on Nashville Now. Wow! Listen to the harmonizing @ the beginning~then!~talk about some banjo & guitar picking beginning @ 0:54. This is awesome! No wonder they were invited to perform @ The Grand Ole' Opry~ considered an "honor" in TN. What an honor to have been there to watch & listen to this! This music is amazing~the audience agrees! Looks like I'm going 2 search for some more of Dan & band & Jimmy on Nashville Now. Thank you pre10der76~Loving it!

This man could do it all and do it so well!!! His voice is pure gold--always loved the tone and quality no matter what song he sang!! Still sorely missed...

I had no idea this video existed! I recognized Hillman & Pederson immediately, and this was right before they formed The Desert Rose Band; I knew they played on Dan's album also. You can tell these are the musicians from the sessions as they nailed the solos note-for-note and it's an all-star band for sure. This is a real treat and thanks for posting it as HCS is probably my favorite DF album.
