Analysis: Something woke him up in the night. He can't explain it. Then, he has breakfast with his usual condescending parents, but something doesn't feel right. He sees a dead rat, it is also peculiar to him. The girl raising her hand is worth just as much as the dead rat on the street. On his walk home he knows something isn't right when he seems himself (his actual self) in the window. He runs upstairs and becomes one with his physical body. He has lived his day before he even woke up.
