The brother of my friend was baptized at the beach at Costa Mesa in the early 70s. It was wonderful, so many doing it, and I don't remember if it was 5 or 7 pastors baptizing people while we all sang. There were hundreds of us on the beach and many up on the rocks. I heard Love Song too back then. They performed on the back of a flatbed truck.At Explo 72, in Dallas, TX, I was one of a few hostesses for people who came from different countries. 55 countries were represented there.

i remember when my sisters used to go to the tent in Costa Meza with Pastor Chuck Smith by Light and Life Christian School i wonder where everyone is now that the years have passed.....if you are one of those people, question to you are you still walking with the lord ? thank God never came in the 70's because some of us would of not reached salvation today

One of the best! I have had the LP since it came out in '75. This same album has the awesome "Lay Your Burdens Down". I laugh to think that Chuck was the lead singer for the Hondells on "Little Honda" back in the sixties. Then Jesus got hold of Him, and things changed...radically!
