This song kills me, but I love it.

This song is better than Romeo and Juliet. The writing structure was brilliant, but come on, they were idiots.

This is a song worth crying over. The worst part is that no one did anything wrong, sometimes fate is just a real bastard.

This song is sad as fuck, and I listen to it every time I'm on long car trips. Gives me the feels.

If this were a song about modern people, Bill would've divorced his wife and married Annie. o.o

To anyone who doesn't understand, the Annie with Chuck isn't the same Annie that Bill is talking about.

Ignore the hate and just listen to the weather. This was a good, contemplative day, so let's not turn into rambling jerks and ruin such a lovely weather.

Fallacy of division! The fact that there is fish in the ocean doesn't mean that all samples of ocean water contan fish. I can think that emotions overall are, although not rational, necessary; all emotions, however, aren't. Also; I'd like to change my position. Loyalty and duty are usually stupid, and in the case of this song especially so since it forces him to live a lie; they can however be useful, and maybe even necessary, in some situations.

So then what to you is different about duty and loyalty? If you believe duty and loyalty are stupid then why don't you feel the same way about all emotions?

Sorry; I meant a fallacy of division.

That was a fallacy of composition. Seriously; get reading.

Why does something need to be observed in order to make someone happy? Have you ever been in love? Have you ever felt the comfort of a Mother's compassion? Have you ever experienced the joy of a friend's companionship? Have you ever felt any emotion at all? Because based on what you're claiming, all emotions are stupid and should be avoided by any rational human being. The need to fulfill your duty and the compulsion to remain loyal are emotions.

I brought up the concept of god because I thought it illustrated my position on loyalty and duty. If something has a positive influence on something, one should be able to observe that. Your last comment was a red herring; read up on logical fallacies before you send your next response.

Oh god, you're one of those. You know you can be an atheist without being a shithead right? I'm an atheist too and I didn't bring it up in our conversation did I? Also, you can be an atheist and still be a decent person. Not believing in a God doesn't mean you have to run around denouncing all abstract concepts because they don't have evidence.
