shame he hasn't recorded an album since the 70's. I think he's probably too old now but its sad that it never happened. I think people dont realise these days just how fucking good he is. if i was a record exec I would have thrown a million dollars at him to do a record with the right producer...haha I guess thats why im not a record exec! id have to promote beiber and other cobblers. berry's lyrics have been making me laugh since i was a kid. so clever. great poetry

Chuck Berry had grown to be such a cynic and distrustful of his fellow man, as "Hail Hail Rock and Roll" shows. But this song from the movie shows a rare and tender side of the man. Beautiful.
