Originally people thought it was referenced to drug use. But Robert Lamm dissmissed this rumor. It's just a reference to the time of day they wrote this song 3:35 or 3:34 am which translates to 25 or 26 minutes to 4. Kind of confusing but that's what the meaning is.10 years ago
