Neat. I see Tex Beneke who did the solo originally as part of the chorus. Frances Langford was married to actor Jon Hall at the time this was filmed. she married Evinrude in the 50's.

Well people rarely have the same class anymore! I admit some do, but many don't. I am no older than 15, but I know music when I see it, and this is music. Music is not this trash you hear today, music consists of songs like the Chattanooga Choo Choo. Class is something seriously lacking in today society.

Jimmy actually flew the B-17 "Flying Fortress" bomber over Nazi Germany during WWII in the US Army Air Force. I believe he retired from the US Air Force as a Brigadier General after serving for many years in the reserves even after he was famous
