Max Cavalera had always kind of been a follower when it comes to his music making in the different metal subgenres. The only reason why he was making good death/thrash in the early 90's is because thats what was popular in the metal scene back then, then when the whole nu-metal thin got popular he switched to that, now it seems likes he trying to go back to his older days but you can still tell he does not what to drift to far from what is popular. To me max made good metal back in the day but it was only because that was the thing and he's always been a follower. He should of made the metal he loved instead of going to what's popular.

What the fuck happened to you Max? Is this a complete joke? It literally sounds like a parody of modern metal, right down to the mindless sweeping solos that add nothing to the song. Do you even remember when you used to put effort into your songwriting? He went from 20 riffs-per-song to 3.
