13 years later after this album's release, and "Even Though" still sounds great, especially on a sunny day, or sunrise/sunset, lol! I've played this joint SO much since 2001, it's not even funny. Oh yeah, whole album is stellar!

I this one of my absolute favorite songs...this album of Case's, "Open Letter," was widely slept on. The accompanying music along with the lyrics completely portrays the feeling of longing for someone who got away. Thank you Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis for producing another beautiful song and Case for singing it so well.
