This song makes me think a lot of going to visit my dear Grandma and Grandpa at their farm as a kid and also the trips to my great uncle's place which was the old original family farm/homestead. Many a time listening to this song on my car's cassette deck, even as a grown man in his forties, I've had to slow down or pull over and cry.

@amanda3685 Lol, Amanda, I had to search my memory banks for what I might have said that brought that comment on! Ya had me going for a few minutes there. It does suck and you can thank Sen. John McCain and the Senate committee whose campaign coffers were topped off by corporate interests, ALLEGEDLY, wink wink. They trashed the old FCC mandates that prevented any corp from gaining inordinate market share, thereby controlling the programming. Cant play the folks that "made" country anymore.
