In the 30s, Cab Calloway was the second most featured uh....(Jazz singer?) on film-- second only to Duke Ellington. Tallented guy. Plus he was in the Blues Brothers. Lol12 years ago

@modenasolone Maybe not, but they're still related. The improvisational aspect of scat singing and the free style rapping ciphers of yesteryear are very much related to one another. See Nonameko for a great blending of the two genres, song is called "All of Me".12 years ago
