Budgie are a Welsh rock band from Cardiff, South Glamorgan. They are widely considered as one of the first heavy metal bands and a seminal influence to many acts of that scene,[1] with fast, heavy rock (an influence on the New Wave of British Heavy Metal (NWOBHM) and even such acts as Metallica) being played as early as 1971[2], preceding other influential bands such as Judas Priest.

Not my cup of Tea. Sorry. Like Rush or AC/DC I can't stand the singer and the music is anywhere close to Rush, who I at least can recognize as a great musical band. Just hate Geddy Lee's singing.

My mate hated this album in 1975 so he gave it to me ! More fool him 'cause it's a classic of British hard rock. Nobody could crunch a riff like Tony Bourge, who must be the best guitarist most people have never heard of !
