Original Doll is the reason I rage when my friends say stuff like, all Britney's songs sound the same and that she's untalented, uncreative and just generic pop. Its so tragic that most of the world will never know this. I've always felt a bit heartbroken by Britney. It's heartbreaking knowing that Britney's team and record label effectively muted her artistry. She's an amazing songwriter and had Original Doll been released, it would have been a game changer for the expectations of pop stars. It would have even given her the respect an artist of her magnitude rightfully deserves.

another perspective on touring entertainers who sing;there is a lot going on stage when they sing.singing and pitch is just part of the job.that she pulls off any reasonable song and handles the dance/stage/effects is difficult. entertainment isn't perfect and i admire anyone whodoes it at all and has made a career from their efforts.
