@idemus168 God is a title and not a proper name, why do you think that the creator said not to worship other gods? God is translated from the hebrew elohim which means authority. The tetragrammaton, yud, hey, vav, hey, is properly translated Yehovah, although some use the name Yahweh. Look up His Hollowed Name Revealed Again here on you tube. It is an excellent resource. God is not a truly proper name, rather the capitalization of the word 'god' refers to the Judao-Christian Yahweh (as best as can be guessed) also referred to as Jehovah. Hence, God is used to differentiate Him from all other gods.

@Chittysushi Lol that's true. Lacuna Coil used to be one of my biggest influences...but holy crap their new stuff sounds like garbage, and the next album will be along those same lines they said. Sad day :(

@ComatoseRose It IS capitalized :P Actually the Bible says to love your neighbor as yourself and such, never just to love yourself...at least that I can recall. The Bible also says to humble yourself, and to put others before yourself, so not capitalizing "I" would be okay too I guess. The point of my statement, is that God is the MOST important name to capitalize. I feel anytime I represent God it should be done with the utmost. As It is a proper name, it should be capitalized.
