I'm pretty sure that is a Drow (Dark-Elve) at 2:28, unless the people of Elric's world had obsidian black skin and spider's fixation's like the one on this fellows chest plate. Not sure, I doubt he would be the well known Drow - Ranger hero Drizz't Do'urdan. Anyway, the Drow of Menzoberranzan. Drizz't's homeland in the under dark in the deep underground cavern under the surface world of Faerun on the planet Toril. They worship Lothe (Spelling!) the Spider goddess. Hence their fixation with spiders and the one on that fellows armour. It could one of Dri'zzt's brother or his true father the Weapon master Zaknafien. (If I recall correctly...) I indeed do know more about this character and missed reading the Forgotten Realm's novels than "Elric of Melibone". which I started reading and then dropped it after getting so bored with it.

P...""The swastika was merely borrowed by the Nazi's, it's really got something to do with Zen Buddhism (I think, but don't quote me on that!) and it's got more to do with Peace and Harmony then the Nazi use of it to symbolise Power. So, it's safe, but you may be right that it doesn't fit. Because I don't think it does, unless it has another meaning in Elric's world.Sop, the Nazi' don't own the symbol they call the Swastika.....
