hadn't heard this in a while great tune who was the bearded one Howard or David???...the first time I heard them was in '76 with the crossover (pop/rock/country) was on both charts hit Let Your Love Flow great singers too bad you don't hear them much anymore..think this song was on my uncle's 8 track of them

I think they were high when they made this song. "Dancing Cowboys and SINGING HORSES". You have to be high if you're hearing singing horses. LOL!!!

this song still rocks. i remember well this song being no.1 on the country charts. 1980 was an awesome year for country music. i think george strait debut this year ( i could be wrong so dont slam me) mickey gilley, hank junior, barbara mandrel, kenny rogers, charley pride, charlie daniels all had a bigb year as well
