I honestly think Bauhaus is one of the most intelligent, artistic, and challenging bands to ever emerge. They were innovative, and provacative, and there's really no one quite like them. And those have tried to emulate them always fall short. They are not a product of a golden era, they weren't even that popular when they came out. But they are timeless, and their music has spoken to a few of us for 30 years, and continues to find new listeners who "get it", and I think their music will continue to do just that.

As a goth but also a rocker, I feel ashamed bout Kiss. They just sold theirselves...*Sighs* And David Bowie also lost lot of the musical quality...I mean, what the heck is that "80's anthem" Just Dance? At least it was less worst than some pop music today. :/ But I totally agree.
