If it was anyone else, I'd say the ending was a little bit of showboating. But Annie Lennox sings with such passion that she can get away with it. And David Gray was probably all, "Of course I'm going to let her go on. She's Annie Freakin' Lennox." They sounded amazing together.

Awesome. Beautiful harmonies and the raw emotion of the song burns through. To some detractors of Annie Lennox I say I have never been a massive fan of hers or the Eurythmics but do think she's great for this song - eccentricities and all.
