From wiki.......""Seven Bridges Road" is a song written by American musician Steve Young, recorded in 1969 for his Rock Salt & Nails album. It has since been covered by many artists, the best-known version being a five-part harmony arrangement by English musician Iain Matthews recorded by the American rock band the Eagles in 1980."

The best and definitive version of this song. Hands down. I had the pleasure of meeting the producer Michael Nesmith and discussing this track with him. He was genuinely excited to be recognized for this. Ian and Mike did all the vocals and how can you top what O.J. Red Rhodes brings to the song? It's absolutely breathtaking! Turn it up!

What a disservice to Steve Young. this is NOT the original, albeit it is a lovely cover. It was written by Steven Young and recorded on his 1969 debut album. Please give credit where credit is due. Uh, and the eagles didn't write it either.

A great rendition of the song written by Steve Young for his album, "Rock Salt & Nails" in 1969. This arrangement had as much to do with Michael Nesmith's production as it sounds very much like the country rock he was recording at the time.

Excellent cover of Steve Young song. Now I understand with the Eagles' version came from. Steve's original version was more haunting.
