i definitely agree. old doesnt make anything bad. my favorite bands are most certainly not new. i think i shouldve said overdone. i agree that mostly everything new in the scene is crappy as well.

Old meaning bad? If you look at the metal scene, now it`s filled with the crapbags of Asking Alexandria, Capture The Crown, Bring Me The Horizon and dumb stuff like that. This band is a tongue in cheek fun band, old school death metal vocals and damn fine playing. Old doesn`t make it bad.

the problem is that the average person doesnt wanna hear somethin they cant understand. i think it was so different when it came out that it got popular by that fact alone and now its just getting old.

it is just my opinion. but it really isnt even close to being as popular as music that has clean understandable vocals. i dont mean any disrespect to anyone. i was in a band with amazing musicians but screaming vocals and that was the reason a lot of ppl wouldnt come to shows so i know first hand.
