This is so smoothly and effortlessly done. No unnecessary intro, no plea for online stardom, just really solid guitar playing (and it's very clearly presented, especially so a guitarist and Beatle fan like me to follow and learn). You do so much justice to this song. Bravo, times ten. I wish every cover on YouTube could be this good!

This Noel character said that if Oasis had been around in the 1960s, they would have competed with the Beatles and the Stones. As a matter of fact, this lunatic said that had they been around in any decade, they would have been on the pantheon as one of the best bands. At least he accomplished his goal and got his press. Bad press is good press I guess.

I'm not an Oasis fan by any stretch. While surfing between radio stations years ago I caught part of an interview with Oasis. Noel made the remark along the lines of had they been around during the time of the Beatles and Rolling Stones. Oasis would have been just as big if not bigger success wise. Good thing I was parked at the time or I would have wrecked from laughing. Hopefully he was joking, but I doubt it given the other megalomaniacal bits I've caught escaping his mouth over the years.
