Wow! After everything he's been through; The drugs,.. the heartache,.. prison,.. Georges manages to give a performance almost as good as way back in 1983 when I saw him do it at the Brighton Conference Centre. So proud to have met him, albeit briefly. Well done George. You made it through, and you're still a national treasure!

Wonderful!He does sound a lot different though. There's more soul and depth definitely, but he also sounds like he's struggling slightly or, maybe, pushing himself a bit. I'm curious if that's age or a hard life or what. But no criticism here; just an observation. I love that he's back!Has anyone else noticed that there's a tremolo in his voice now? (Like a vibration.)

The original version was good and one of my favorite tunes. I can't believe he sounds even better on this one. I was wondering how he would sound on some of his old hits after I listened to his latest CD. He should consider redoing some of his old songs in a ballad slow format. Probably too busy with the new stuff. That latest album "This is What I Do" is fantastic. So many good songs on it covering different styles. I think his one song "Play Me" has in incredibly hypnotic bass beat and the lyrics "Play with my sound" " Like the music never went away" is his message to the fans.
