I see alot of hate for this album in comments. But here's my thoughts.Obviously Apologies + Monument were their best albums. Rise isn't a bad album. It just doesn't compare to the first two albums. But guess what guys? Bands fuckin change. People grow up and get tired of the same style of music they make. So morale of the story. This album isn't bad, if it was made by some other band that nobody knew I would say "Yea not bad" but it's definitely not the album us old MMI fans were hoping for. But all in all I think MMI has gotten waaaay too much hate for making NEW music

Honestly, this sound is like 10x more metal compared to their last albums and I love it! But then the singing comes in and almost totally fucks up every song :/ just sounds terrible!
