Man, I had never seen this performance... Fuck it was so great!! James's vocals, Lars' s drumming, the fucking solo, just like in Justice... in the album..Damn it was just fucking perfect.. God why haven't I been born earlier..

They used to be so good. One of the best metal bands from that era. They tried to modernize but failed, and they really had the talent to grow. Less high-hat and more of the other cymbals, some odd-meter rhythms, and some longer, more creative riffs and fill-ins and they could have been among the best of the metal bands of today. Still, this old-school shit rocks.

One's intro from this concert always makes me cry... it's so beautiful, so perfect. First James alone, then Kirk comes playing an absolutely beautiful solo, and Lars in 1:37 with the hi-hat (I love that touch!). Then the bass drums come at 1:49 (and so on), Kirk finishes his solo that raises you up to the sky and at the end, a final fine touch by Lars with the hi-hat at 2:06... perfection.

Does anyone happen to know the kind of hi-hat Lars is using here?

Ah the good old days, back when James played an explorer and Kirk played a Jackson Rhodes.

Damn, Lars was really a pretty great drummer back there, I mean, there's more technical drummers, but it's really pretty creative/original stuff he did here.
