Among the best of Sir Paul's post Beatle work. Such beauty in the simplicity of this piece. Thanks, Paul for giving us all this wonderful music for fifty plus years.

I have this MTV live show on CD. Love it. Great song here; as McCartney as it gets and that's a good thing!

As someone mentioned earlier, the tune is simple but the soulful performance in 4 part harmony is sublime. Notice Sir Paul sings the lead as though he's speaking directly to a woman. So difficult to convey, yet he carries it off. Timeless.

You know, this is such an amazing song - so simple yet great. For some reason Sir Macca gets a bad press these days but you know what? I don't give a shit. He and The Beatles wrote some of the songs that provided the soundtrack to my life. Thank you chaps

This is very cool, Paul McCartney UNPLUGGED way back in 1991. His lovely Linda in the background... miss her.

From McCartney's 1st solo album, 1970. When Beatles split, he said almost couldn't get out of bed, but Linda got him to 'get back' to music. He seems to make his best albums when he has to (& Band on Run). Contained great songs like "Maybe I'm Amazed" and "Every Night".

IMHO, the harmonies on the woo-woo part weren't meant to be.

Also this is a great band, that played on "Flowers In The Dirt", and featured Average White Band front man Hamish Stuart, a soul-funk maestro!
