It is a radio freestyle Eminem did to promote The Marshall Mathers LP. You can find it here under "Eminem Light Speed Freestyle". You or someone else cut out the part where he says "May 23rd!" which is when the album came out. There is a clear edit at 3:09 where his freestyle was tacked on.
